Covid Vaccinations

Please read the following message from the School Age Immunisation Team.

"It has been brought to our attention by Public Health and NHS England that there has been a nationwide problem with the recording of some of the first dose Covid vaccinations. It would be greatly appreciated if you could check your child’s vaccination records either via your GP or by your child’s covid passport which will go live from 2nd February. Should this vaccination not appear on your child’s records please contact the SAIS team at SAIS@nottshc.nhs.uk with a snapshot of your child’s vaccination card."
